Accepted payment methods, card processing, transaction checks, currency handling, refunds, and payment support for ACE Skins orders.

Cards and checkout

1. Accepted payment methods

ACE Skins accepts card payments through an external payment processor. Accepted card networks include Visa and Mastercard when they are available for the user's country, card issuer, and transaction risk profile.

ACE Skins does not collect, process, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or card authentication credentials. Card data is handled by the payment processor on its secure checkout pages.

Cardholder acceptance

Before creating a payment order, the cardholder must manually confirm that they are at least 18 years old and accept the Terms and Conditions, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Payment authorization and order flow

When a user creates an order, ACE Skins sends the order amount, currency, order reference, email, and technical checkout details to the payment processor. The payment processor may redirect the user to a hosted checkout page or a 3-D Secure authentication step.

  • The order remains pending until the payment processor confirms successful payment.
  • ACE Skins starts item purchase and delivery only after a successful payment webhook or verified payment status is received.
  • If payment authorization fails, expires, or is cancelled, the order will not be delivered.

3. Prices, currency, and conversion

Store inventory may be priced using market data in USD. Card checkout may be presented to the payment processor in another supported currency, such as EUR, using the exchange rate configured by ACE Skins at the time of checkout.

The final amount shown by the payment processor before card authorization is the cardholder-facing payment amount. The card issuer may apply its own conversion, foreign transaction fee, or authorization rules.

4. Security, fraud checks, and restrictions

Payments may be screened for fraud, sanctions, chargeback risk, duplicate attempts, mismatched cardholder data, or suspicious account activity. ACE Skins or the payment processor may decline, delay, cancel, or request additional verification for any transaction.

Use of stolen cards, unauthorized payment instruments, payment abuse, chargeback fraud, account sharing, bots, or attempts to bypass payment security are prohibited and may lead to account suspension or reporting to relevant parties.

5. Refunds, chargebacks, and support

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Digital item purchases are final once delivered to the user's Steam inventory, except for limited cases such as verified technical delivery failure, duplicate payment, or proven unauthorized transaction.

Refund requests and payment questions must be sent to finance@aceskins.store with the order ID, payment email, payment date, and a description of the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.
